He will likely get a lot less, maybe end up parting it out.

The way the shop fixed mine was to cut out a clip from a donor along the top of the engine compartment about 8” inside and then drilled the spot welds below the rain rail. I think it included the rear valance all the way to the left side seam since both sections were blue, and the hatch was yellow. The van is brown.

Pretty amazing work, and the van had to have been new, or it would have been totaled like this one.
