I second that.

I don´t know if Christoph is the only german member left here next to
me, but even if Harald passed (sorry, Austrian of course) and ever
since, this is one of the best and most complete Vanagon information source.
In Germany we don´t care that much about the VERY detailed changes
between model years:
Upholstery changed slightly? We don´t care. We judge 79-84 or later. Not
much detail in model years, because they all exist here a lot.


Yes, I turned into a lurker after I stopped bragging about all my engine
conversions. But I hope that here and there, my name is connected to
Vanagons by many people.

In the end, the moderation of this list is often stopping conflicts. In
usual Internet forums, these conflicts turn into crap, killing that forum.

Christoph, I need your postal address for the T5 Westfalia documents...
(hoping to make the US guys jealous here) :-)
