Dan,
When you find it please let me know in case I miss the post. I’ve been looking for the same thing. I’m dreaming of hitting the road soon for an epic ‘wherever the road takes me’ journey with no destination or time line. The map you speak of could prove very helpful for dreaming and perhaps in practise.
