You are correct - the WindyNation 100 Watt Solar Panel is lower cost per
watt. But all depends on what you are looking for. If you just want a few
lights and maybe a small exhaust fan in the evening then the HF kit is a
better deal because it will do the job for less money.

45 watts for $189 (currently) at Harbour Freight seems a bad deal compared
to 100 watts for $149 at Windy Nation...
Just remarking. HF is not always the best deal.
