I did this recently. I used a mix of Clorox, detergent, and water in a
spray bottle. Then I brushed the entire surface with a nail brush,
because it's very soft and won't damage the flocking. After I cleaned
the mold out, I sprayed it with water, blotted it, and left it open
for a few sunny days. It looks much better now.
