A buck fifty a watt seems pretty good. Up here on the edge of bc, you'd be really fortunate to find panels at that rate, that is if you were just buying one small panel.
I talked to one seller who told me wholesale price he was paying was around 1.05-1.15 Canadian per watt. But after his expenses etc he had to sell at around 2.00 a watt.
