Might rethink the light choices: florescent lights are going away, very soon. I did T12 8' LED replacements in mine, $399 for the dozen, eBay. Northern parts washer is virtually the same as HF at a higher cost. With discounts I paid $75 for the HF one, red/blue model. A lean-to with tarp walls should suffice for a paint shop.
