Patti, clean the wheels and caps well where the meet, they go in from the back side. If loose use grey or silver RTV Silicon sealant to glue them to the wheels. Those alloys and caps can be refinished by any paint shop. Mine, exactly as yours are at the paint shop now getting refinished so they look as good as the total body restoration that my van has recently undergone.
