Thanks, Ben.  That does not seem like much (we are talking millimeters,
right?)   And I did a little detective work and an aftermarket seller of
wheel covers gives the same PN for a 2000 EuroVan as Van Cafe does for the
covers that they say fit the 15" SA rims...
