well... most of them are not experienced with vanagon at all...

there's one I went and he told that he can't make the test because there's no check engine light on the dash.... I showed him the slicker on the trap door.. "OBD EXEMPTED"... he asked me why... I walked away...

true is they are robots dictated by computer and won't see further than the tip of their nose...

hopefully there are some exceptions otherwise we are doomed...
