I'm having this same issue...

A few things I plan to check and/or replace.

1. Fuel pump & filter 2. Fuel pressure regulator 3. Get injectors cleaned & rebuilt 4. Check timing

It almost seems like a leaky injector or two... It feels like its dumping too much fuel into the cylinder while stopped and getting really boggy... Too rich.

I'll be watching for some more responses and hopefully both if us can get this issue resolved.
