The Behr air conditioners are old school technology and design. They still don’t have heat and cooling (blend) capability and usual installations do little to help much with defogging the front windshield. The blower motors and the control system are crude. While they do distribute air up front they are still only a marginal upgrade. I've installed few over the years. Not in mine.

Ken,

I would be interested in that. Since you have experience with or have investigated VA, as I am doing now, I have a question. If one already had in hand a Behr under dash unit in good shape, would there be any compelling reason to purchase the Vintage air?
