Listen to the guy at the car wash to be friendly, but never take advice.
Under NO circumstances should you put methyl hydrate on your kids heads.
It doesn't just SOUND dangerous.  And what are you using as finish on your
kids heads?  Most people send their kids to school for that work.

Now if that goo were on a car, I'd use any commercial bug & tar remover, or
judiciously something like GoofOff or GooGone, then immediately wash it off
and spot wax.
