Those little screws have come loose in my van, not gripping the wood. Queefed out hole. So to fix that poke a flat toothpick in the hole, with some wood glue ( titebond for example). You can trim off the toothpick after glue has dried, or you can trim before insertion . It will give you a better bite for the screw.
