I personally asked Ten Cent about this subject. The extra oil in the hoses
and the radiator doesn't come back to the sum...

here the copy and paste of question and answer..

I shut off the engine? thus will it make the oil level on the dipstick
higher?*

*A: No, the oil in the cooler circuit doesn't drain back into the sump, so
your dipstick level is the same as if the cooler wasn't there. *
