It's for those with a Truckfridge who want to go off-grid for as long as possible! I junked the fridge long ago, so I can't get more than a day away from a source of ice. That's fine with me.

I never stay in one place longer than 3 days so maybe this doesn't apply to me. In my old 79 the aux battery would power the two way fridge overnight. In my 85 I use propane for extended stays. All I use power for is the interior light. So while I see solar and extra batteries as generally useful what gadgets am I missing out on?? What is the power used for?
