I bought that van-cafe light a while back when it was on sale. I positioned it further forward than the later model year long lights but for my needs, regret not positioning it so more light shines on the stove.

I'd previously hacked together a set of brass tangs on top of a small chunk of PVC pipe inside the Delta fixture to accommodate an LED. It worked but it was very very kludgy and I was so disgusted with my kludgyness, that I went all "store bought" on it.
