Hi to all,

I am trying to find out why my van does not do the blinking.  The turn signal light on the dash is on constantly without blinking.  I did change the #21 relay which in my other van is the one that does the blinking.  
But that did not help.  
I see all the fuses are fine.

I don’t have a clue.
Anyone would know this?
