It seems to me that if the front tire pressure is less than the rear, a cross wind will push the front to the side more than the rear and the distortion of the tires will tend to steer the van in the downwind direction. Having said that, I do use somewhat higher pressure in the rear, but not as much difference as the door post sticker recommends. Larry A.
