I like the scoops. As for oil coolers I usually use a 16 plate flat cooler in front of the radiator/AC condenser. Something like this:

You will need a thermostat to go with the installation. The radiator fan will provide all the air needed especially when the AC is turned on. Using 5/8" copper line and AN 8 hoses there is no problem with pressure loss.
