Standards for what? The CE is like the US UL. Means it meets certain standards not to start fires or cause injuries. Has nothing to do with lighting or road performance. You need to be real careful with LED headlight upgrades. The ratings are confusing and twisted and many are designed for "show" use only and are worthless for road lighting. BTDT. Many do not even support high-low beam operation.
