Google up B.A.T. for your coolers, fans, and fittings. They have
everything you'll probably need.
For my racecar I had similar requirements...there were plenty of times
when we were running under yellow flag at very slow pace, or stopped,
even...or sitting on the starting grid after hot laps ....anyway...low
speeds and reduced airflow...I actually installed an transmission oil
circulating pump and a small fan right on the face of my oil cooling
radiator...switched them both manually so that when the vehicle was
stopped, even, I could bring the transmission temperatures down...I got all
the parts from British American Transfer....
A similar set up could work well for back road granny gearing....They
even have adapters to go from VW-Porsche size oil drain plugs to AN or
metric...(if they are still in business grin...BAT that is...)
