Subject: A/C Flush?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8

I'm a few short steps away from reviving my Behr A/C system in my van. It's one of the ones mounted in the dash. When I bought the van there was no compressor and the hoses at that end were not sealed up in any way. I was about to take a stab at flushing the lines out this afternoon, but thought it better to do a bit more research. Is it necessary to flush the system at all? I would love to just vacuum and charge. If so, would I need to avoid flushing the expansion valve, my new dryer or any other parts?

Any advice would be welcome.
