Maybe not for others, but I would chance it on my Vanagon. Nylon rope, a
little bit of lube, and a steady hand is all it takes. I should make a
YouTube video if I ever have to do it. Which may be soon if I want to stop
the pillar rust before it gets a start. ;)
FYI, I would never reuse a seal. They're cheap and you're guaranteed to
damage the old one during removal.
