I've never found a reason to dissable a waterboxer vanagon fuel pump .. but if I had to I would just unplug the wire on the fuel pump itself. alternatively you could unplug the relay in the box by the coil . One is 'main relay' for fuel injection, the other is the fuel pump relay. < incidentally ...looking in that box ..if you know which to wires to look it, it is hyper easy to jump the fuel pump to make it run...ignition doesn't have to be on or anything . I small jumper wire or even small screwdriver will accomplish this jump > I don't think you'll find a fuse for the fuel pump in the fuse box, btw. Various circuits are not fused at all. For example...the '15' wire to the coil ( ign on from the ign sw ) is not fused at all. Many cars do not have that function protected by a fuse.
