Not how I read it.

Vancafe cost is 440.00

when you return the core and get 75 back total cost ends up being 365.00

GoWesty's cost is 499.00

when you return the core you get 250 back, hence total cost ends up being 249.00 AND their part includes a throtle position switch as well, not apparently provided on the VC part.
