Sounds good, but if it is viable the oil companies won't stand still for that kinda thing...We had electric vehicles that worked really well years ago and they squashed those...kept them down for a long time until some bigger more powerful corporation came back with hybrids...and now full electric cars are back again.. We shall see how this plays out...
