Subject:      bumper luggage carrier... yay or nay?

I have use the bumper luggage carrier ....


but always have this question.... the pro and the con...


1. on one side I put stuff like tools boxes... bulky stuff... a leave them
there almost permanently on long trips....


2. on the other side I have the option of put all those stuff inside and
not have the bumper luggage carrier at all.. but I have to move them out at
camp site and put them in when we move


on the #1... what's the negative aspect? is the rear extra weight will
change anything in handling? weight distribution?


on the #2... the hassle of moving stuff in and out on long trip... very
tiring...


I'd appreciate any ideas.... yay or nay? and why?
