I'm not looking for the Plus package, nor even the Premier. I'm looking for the Excelsior package. The one that knows I need help on rough roads and outside cell coverage. Only option I have is a subscription based service using satellite based emergency locator beacons. Or my bike, to ride out for help. :-)
