So do I. I crossed both ways, but make sure the prescription medication is in the original bottle with your name and daily dose.
I'm not sure about over the counter. I do know that some are allowed and some aren't. I just don't know which. I have taken Sudafed into Canada, it was in the zip lock with my other medications, without any problem.

I require numerous medications, both prescription and over the counter supplements. How are those handled. They are my biggest concern.
