Alistair, Felder Industries has ordered and receive a shipment of three of the Banggood combination USB outlets and digital voltage display. I installed the dual USB outlet in place of my Eberspacher diesel heater knob (that never had a heater, ever) toward the passenger side of the dash yesterday. I didn't put the voltage indicator in, as I didn't want to drill another hole in the dash and the the tiny readout is too far away to be easily seen by the driver anyway.

Stay tuned for important developments! Early this morning I started making a blanking plate to go in place of the tip out ashtray by the rear seat near the door. This will allow one of the combination units to me mounted there in the original ashtray housing, and will serve passengers and campers in the lower bed.

The third unit will probably become a spare, because, well because Banggood stuff is cheap and the other two couldn't last forever. But there is the possibility it will somehow be configured to serve the upper bunk while camping and the drivers seat or middle seat while underway.

Let's all remember when drilling holes and such that USB will go the way of SCSI and VGA connectors one of these days.

Jim
