VW no longer uses the braided stuff. The replacement is a very flexible silicone (or so it feels) hose. This is also used for the pressurized small hoses on the cooling system. I am still buying this from the dealer. I have yet to be happy with the stuff supplied from others. The part number 443-121-107-A. Last time I bought a bunch it was $13.87/meter.

anybody know who carries the oem braided cooling line with the red thread on the cover. Just ordered the part from one of our suppliers and got 5/16 fuel injection hose. TOO STIFF and WRONG SIZE need to use a hose clamp on it unlike the OEM stuff
