Thanks. I was going for slim but I had a moment of craziness with the centre section. I don't recall why I made it a flat section, and stacked 1/4" plate to make it so thick, but that's what I did.

Apart from that section, it doesn't stick out any further forward than the stock bumper. It lies flat against the substructure. But I did extend the lower angled plate further back. That larger cross section gave me problems when it came to making the endcaps. That's why they are so bulky.

But you don't, well I don't, see these things before hand. I really should have made a plywood version first.
