The 225/60-16 is amongst my favorite size for the 2WD vans. For even better handling the 225/55-17 is also a winner. These sizes are only about an inch larger in diameter than stock at ~26.6 inches. For 16 wheels the smallest Kumho is about 29 inches. Just too much. Loud? I ran 225/60r16 and other larger sizes tires on my previous Westy with no ill effects. Panic braking was actually improved due to increased traction over skinny stock 185 tires. Just looking to hear from people who used Kumho Venture tires. Nokian WRC Cargo tires ride extremely well and are very quiet even when worn. I'd like to keep those attributes if I can. |
