I have the Hankook RA08 in the 195R14. They are not meant for snow at all, but I have driven them and done ok in light snow. I got the 195 simply for the half inch extra clearance. They have been all right for me, and I hope they last better than the similar Kumho tires I had before. However, I only have about 5K miles on the Hankooks so far. mcneely
