With 7" x 16" and ET37 you can run them without any spacers, depending on the tires. I am running 215/65/16 on 2wd vans with no spacers. I did file the edge on the upper control arms slightly, no big deal. If wider than 7.0" or wider tire than 215 you can expect to need spacers with ET37 rims. 7x16 with ET37 is a somewhat common Mercedes size from C class cars. Mark
