Sorry, but you have a bad or plugged cat. All fuel has a little sulfur in it, and a non-working cat will not convert it to odorless sulfate, but rotten egg smelling hydrogen sulfide-- a byproduct of incomplete oxidation. You could try a different brand of gas, sometimes the refinery screws up and there is too much sulfur, but that's a long shot.
