Don't know who the flipper is but I see his house in the background every
week with a different rig each time.  Earlier this month s/he bought a
sweet low priced, very original tin top only to post it for almost 2x the
amount the following day.  The missing exterior sliding door handle didn't
get replaced in the meantime either.
