Hi Guys!

So as some of you know, I've been redesigning the AIRS site ( https://www.type2.com/airs/locate) to be a little more modern and friendly. Also, I'm adding the ability for AIRS members to self-manage their profiles. Something that's been a pain in the past.

Given the state of the VRS site.. And given that our Air-cooled cousins are not that far off from us.. Does anyone think that combining forces might be more advantageous for all of us?

I myself know a bit about the old air-cooled motors.. So I would have no problem being a support person for any rear-engine mounted VW.

Thoughts? Is this too large of a can of worms to open right now? My thought is that our numbers continue to dwindle, both by our vans heading to the junkers, and the older generation taking that last bus trip to the great beyond.
