IIRC, Jim Arnott reached out to the family of the late John Meeks (owner of Vanagon Rescue Squad website). They apparently decline the offer. I have no idea who is running it now. 


Perhaps it will be easier to just re-establish a new VRS or expand AIRS to cover Vanagons.
