I got my Vanagon DoKa in Canada.  I checked things out, and had VW America
write a letter explaining the differences before it could be brought in.
Then I wrote them back and told them the law so they could write a correct
letter.  I brought this letter with me so customs would know the difference.

One, speedometer must show miles per hour, not KPM.  I brought a new speedo
with me to put on

Two, the hand brake light must say brake, not just a symbol.
