Hi everyone. Was wondering if anyone more familiar with the Rock Auto site could help me out. I'm looking at placing my first order, not for Vanagon parts. My daily driver is a 2009 Jetta wagon. It needs a new bulb for the driver's side rear view mirror turn signal. The orange one that flashes when you turn left on the driver's door :) VW told me i needed to replace the whole assembly, for $136, but Rock Auto i think is saying i can just replace the bulb which makes sense. Philips 194LED is one option (more expensive bulb but cheaper shipping). My wife has a 2007 Beetle convertible, and it needs a new driver's side taillight. I think that's VW 2818110. Do i need a gasket or anything would you think? If anyone has any extra time on their hands I would sure appreciate the advice!! Thanks Jeff 85 Westfalia GL |
