Uh oh... The screw takes a whole bunch of turns to come out. Unless it broke off in the tumbler.:-(

In which case, removal is not economically practical. You would be better off reshuffling the wafers in your new handle to match your key. If you are lucky, all the correct wafers / pins are there. If not, you can try to salvage them from your old lock. Or give them to a locksmith, if you can't do it yourself.
