the first and normal natural thing to do is inspect all four turn signal bulbs and sockets. Unless there's been some attention in those in the not too distant past, chances are high there's corrosion, poor contact etc.

sometimes you get 'lucky' and find the front turn signal lenses full of water .. and a badly rusted mess under the rubber boot. Van Cafe sells new front turn signal sockets I believe ..seen lots of broken/rusted ones etc.

once you know all four are good ...then think more about your flasher unit, I suggest. scott
