I will attest to what Scott mentions. One of my front signals took in much
water and the back was just a rusty mess. I thought the bulb was bad, but
it was actually the contacts in back.
Check yours out. I had to cut and splice in new connectors and I made sure
to make all the connections nice. Shrink wrapped the wires too at the
splice.
