U know this raises a good talk. There's the purist vs. the fusionist thinking. Like home improvement which increases value, why on earth can't design improvements, int or ext, increase value? How do smart design modifications hold any less value over say syncronizing a westy? There r some brilliant folks amongst u who've taken their westys to brilliant heights. All i can think is smartly modified vans decrease the value of the unmodified, or should i say, keep them reasonably priced. To keep these rigs on the road and desirable for another 30-40 yrs, upgrades seem a necessity. Just wondering 😊 Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android From:"Mills Crosland" <millsc@BELLSOUTH.NET> Date:Fri, Sep 25, 2015 at 7:14 AM Subject:Re: vanagon Digest - 24 Sep 2015 (#2015-345) Date:    Thu, 24 Sep 2015 15:30:19 -0700 From:    Stuart MacMillan <stuartmacm@GMAIL.COM> Subject: Re: camper closet removal? Anything can be done, but it's not always a good idea.=   Not only sage advice for those considering changes to the interior of their Westy, but also a wise caution to future Volkswagen executives considering risky modifications to the cars they build.
