I don't expect an external cooler to regain lost pressure from worn bearings on  a spent engine.  I just want to know that they can actually keep the temperatures down during high loads and high outside temperatures.  If it doesn't improve the factory setup, then it isn't worth the time, effort, or money.

the external oil cooler (ie. tencent's) is to keep the oil temp in the range it supposed to be. It doesn't help to regain lost of oil pressure if the engine is worn ie. main bearing, oil pump.. etc etc...
