This is one of those ever occurring problems and you may end up having to remove the pulley to get the pump and pipe assembly out. That hex socket head bolt should have been stainless steel or at least a hex head bolt to make this job easier. ANYWAYS, once you do get it all apart please put it back with all the best parts. We have complete Stainless Steel kits in stock and please use the correct spring clamps on that short hose.
