I would think so, pretty sure. But there's no need to have help if you can get from back to front with a wrench. The OEM plug on the radiator is supposed to have a notch in it so allow air and just a little coolant to escape anyway. You will have plenty of time to close it even if you remove it, just allow for a little extra coolant to replace what you lose if you remove that bolt all the way.
