Thanks to those that gave me their input. Job completed, was not that hard just time consuming.
Cheers

Removing and replacing the dash is NOT hard at all...just time-consuming. I followed the tips from Ben's Place in Canada Removing the dash

Just work leisurely, and maybe have an assistant when finally ready to lift out the dash. And then again when installing; not heavy, just a little awkward. I didn't have an assistant, and it still all worked out fine.
I thought my clutch pedal hole was ovaled (had a clicking); turns out it was not, perfectly round and nice. So I just lubed it up, and everything nearby that moves. But most of my driving is long distance with minimal clutch usage; your situation might be different and indeed the hole is oval or nearly gone. Anyway, don't be afraid of removing the dash....I know nothing, have crappy tools, and it was no problem at all. Allow 2 days at least if working leisurely.

it may not be necessary to remove the whole dash.
Last pedal assembly I did ...I left the dash in ..
it was a very, very tight fit getting the pedal assy out ..but it did come out.
